Maritime Cook Islands has entered into formal agreements with several members of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) and other select organisations. Further relationships are currently being developed.

Thus far, the following class societies act on behalf of Maritime Cook Islands. Until formal agreement is made, all other members of IACS can issue certificates on behalf of MCI on a case by case basis:
